We don't mean to, but sometimes it's hard to appreciate the season we are in until it is gone. Thoughts of a past we miss, or a future we long for can crowd out the beauty of the present, the joy of the here and the now. But no amount of mindfulness, or living in the moment, can slow time down. The minutes, hours, and days still pass without our permission and all we are left with is the gift of a memory. 

Here lies the beauty of a photograph. It's like dreaming in color! A photograph can take you back to a memory you cherished and won't ever forget, because you hold a tangible piece of it in your hand.  Documenting a child's life is one of the biggest gifts you can give to your family because life is the most precious gift in and of itself.
